Antonios Ch. Mammis
Lawyer admitted to practise before the Supreme Court · Partner
Antonios Ch. Mammis is a lawyer admitted to practise before the Supreme Court of Greece and a partner at Mammis – Bithizi & Partners. Criminal law is the main focus of his practice. Since 2011, he has handled numerous criminal cases, regularly appearing before courts throughout Greece and bringing a strong personal commitment to criminal defence.
His approach begins with a thorough understanding of the case file: establishing how the facts connect, scrutinising the evidence and identifying the issues that may determine the outcome. He places particular emphasis on preparing the defence and presenting clear, well-supported arguments before the court.
He views criminal defence as a responsibility towards the person who entrusts him with their case—their liberty, reputation, and personal or professional future. This awareness shapes the seriousness with which he approaches every case and the importance he places on meaningful communication with his clients.
Alongside his criminal practice, he handles civil disputes and provides legal advice to companies operating in Greece and abroad.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Democritus University of Thrace in 2008. After completing his legal traineeship, he served in the Greek Army’s Commando Forces. He has participated in programmes in international law and foreign policy under the auspices of international organisations and academic institutions. He maintains an interest in public debate, contributing articles to print and online publications.
He is fluent in English and German.
